He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree 

in Political Science 

from the University of the Visayas in 2003. 

He has also units in the Masters in Public

Administration (UM-Davao) program and attended Juris Doctor 

at Gullas Law School in Cebu City.

Furthermore, he contributes as a

regular columnist, under the JET-FELLOW / MARCHANISM, 

for Balita 8 and Sunday Punch newspapers and a contributor for The FREEMAN newspaper.

RMD Marchan has accumulated

almost fifteen years of experience as an 

Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) 

in Dubai UAE, during which he 

authored five books. 

Currently, he is working as a Corporate Writer 

at Cebu Exchange Tower, Cebu City.
